Who we are
GreenSails provides point of sale and business operations software for operators who sell on the floor. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, dashboard, and desktop POS applications.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (such as name, email, and business information), usage data from our products, billing records, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. For Jamaican Tax Invoice and GCT helpers, merchants may also store Taxpayer Registration Numbers (TRNs) for their business and customers, and related tax document fields.
Tax identifiers (TRN)
TRNs and similar tax identifiers are collected only to support Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) Tax Invoice formatting, GCT summaries, and related statutory tax records inside GreenSails. We do not use tax identifiers for marketing or sell them. Issued Tax Invoices that include snapshotted TRNs are retained as business tax records; requests to access or correct account data can be sent to us, noting that deleting issued tax documents may be limited by legal record-keeping duties.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve GreenSails, process billing, send service communications, support your team, and protect accounts against abuse or fraud.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure and payment providers needed to run the service, or when required by law. We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, tax, and security obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting us. You can manage marketing preferences and review product analytics settings in your dashboard where available.
