By creating a GreenSails account or using our website, dashboard, or POS applications, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Service
GreenSails provides cloud-hosted business software for operators who sell on the floor, including point of sale, inventory, shifts, billing, fulfillment screens, and related tools. Features vary by plan.
Accounts and billing
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and paying fees for paid plans and add-ons according to the pricing shown in your dashboard or on our pricing page.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use GreenSails for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security risk.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GreenSails reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, or these terms with notice where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
